1. What age groups do you cater to?

Our programs are designed for youth athletes aged 12–19, but we’re happy to customise experiences for teams of any age or group size.

2. Are your tours suitable for school and club teams?

Yes, we create customised inbound and outbound tours for high schools and universities, featuring friendly games, tournaments, skill development sessions and cultural or sightseeing activities.

3. Can you help us organise a tour for our team?

Absolutely. We handle all logistics in partnership with SportsLink Travel. They bring a wealth of experience in managing sports travel logistics and are renowned for providing tailored, end-to-end solutions for athletes. Together we organise all your on and off-court activities!

4. Do you provide coaching staff and officials?

Yes, every session is led by our experienced coaching team, with all games overseen by qualified referees and dedicated support staff.

5. Can we request a tailored itinerary?

Yes — every tour can be customised to meet your group’s needs, whether it’s training intensity, location, sightseeing, length of stay or bringing the family along too.

6. Where do your tours take place?

Our inbound tours offer single or multi-city experiences across Sydney, Melbourne, and Queensland. For outbound tours, we take teams to the USA, Europe and more. We can also coordinate visits to NCAA colleges and professional basketball facilities.

7. What’s included in a typical tour package?

Packages usually include accommodation, meals, transport, games, sightseeing, laundry and supervision — but we’ll work with you to tailor a tour that’s right for your needs.

8. Do you offer educational or cultural experiences as part of the tour?

Yes — our tours are about creating MAGIC on and off the court. That’s why we include cultural activities and opportunities to build life skills, leadership and teamwork as part of our packages.

9. Is there a minimum or maximum group size?

We usually work with groups of a certain size, but we’re flexible and happy to tailor our programs to fit your team’s needs.

10. What safety measures are in place for travelling teams?

Your child’s safety comes first and is always our top priority. We partner with trusted travel providers, follow strict supervision and child protection protocols and ensure that every group leader receives a pre-tour briefing. All tour guests also complete a safety induction before the journey begins.
