Ben O'Neill
Executive Chairman & Founder
Ben is the chairman and founder of Basketball Magic and NBA Basketball School Australia. A former NCAA Division 1 athlete, master coach, and international scout for the Dallas Mavericks, he has worked with the Australian Boomers and Sydney Kings. Renowned for his grassroots impact, Ben is deeply connected across the global basketball landscape.
Bruno Irigoyen
Assistant Technical Director
With nearly 10 years of professional basketball under his belt, Bruno is passionate about helping young players transition from juniors to professionals, improving their individual skills, fitness level and game awareness.
Michael O'Neill
Director of Corporate & Legal
Michael is an experienced corporate and sports lawyers, has acted for many years as the lawyer for the Sydney Kings and manages all of Basketball Magic’s legal and corporate relationships, including with the NBA.
Luke Kendall
Technical Director & Head of Victorian Operations
Luke is a former NBL champ, Boomer & NCAA DII champ with global coaching experience, including NBL roles, NBA Summer League, and current U17 Aus & NBL1 coach.
Manuel Riccio
Marketing Manager
Manuel brings 10+ years of experience working in communications & marketing roles in the global basketball industry, including in shaping and delivering international tours for young players.

Head of Customer Service
Dr Hin Wah Li brings global experience in client engagement, communication and youth development across sectors.

Uniquely qualified to handle any situation both on and off the court, Darcy is dedicated to providing premium and friendly services to our clients.

Tournament Director
John brings decades of seasoned basketball wisdom to the academy. A true fundamentals-driven coach, with experience across the APAC region in organising high-level tournaments. His approach is both patient and insightful, shaped by years of mentoring players at every level.
